On Tue., June 13th, 2023 the Troopers Memorial Fund’s 34th Annual Golf Benefit will be held at the same two nearby courses in Riverhead, NY as our 2022 outing. The golfing will be at Baiting Hollow and The Vineyards CC’s but the dinner event will be at the nearby Giorgio’s catering hall. For those that have joined us for a long time, you may remember our previous golf outings at Fox Hill CC with onsite dinner at Giorgio’s. Selection of course will strictly be done on first paid/first choice.
We are planning an 8 AM registration, breakfast then followed by a 10 AM shotgun start. Following the golf, cocktail hour and dinner will be held at Giorgio’s which is a short drive around the corner from BHCC.
The outing format will remain the same which will be a scramble with a trophy for the low 4-somes, longest drive and closest to the pin.
Even though prices have skyrocketed in the last year, we have been able to keep our price down to $225 per golfer this year. This includes golf, a gift for each player, breakfast, lunch at the turn, beverages on the course, cocktail hour and buffet dinner. If you wish to attend the dinner only, the cost remains at $75 PP. The entry fee barely covers the cost of the event and we depend on our gracious participants and donors for our fundraising efforts via the hole sponsorships, raffles, 50/50, etc..
Registration, payments, hole sponsorships and donations can all be made via the links on the left column of our homepage. There will be a strict deadline of June 6th, 2023 for registration so that we can properly plan the event and accommodate everyone to the best of our abilities.
